Call for proposals for "The research project on CITIES EQUIPPED WITH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES - a deployment program of the new generation smart cards and systems in Japan"

New Media Development Association (NMDA) has called for proposals for "the research project on CITIES EQUIPPED WITH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES - a deployment program of the new generation smart cards and systems" on commission from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a part of national IT projects in the supplementary budget of year 2000.
