New Media Development Association (NMDA) has called for proposals for "the research project on CITIES EQUIPPED WITH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES - a deployment program of the new generation smart cards and systems" on commission from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a part of national IT projects in the supplementary budget of year 2000.
