• User Agent is a P3P's Web Browser side engine and adds P3P header to Http Get from Web browser.
  User Agent judges that user's personal data can be released after comparing proposal from Web site and user preference specified at the Preference Bureau. Then it explains to the user about the usage of personal data on the Web site and displays a list of personal data to be sent, as well as a view for user's consent.
  NMDA define this view as Informed Consent.
  User Agent is implemented as Proxy server type.
  P3P will be available in the Web browser by specifying the IP address of a User Agent at proxy server setting on the Web browser. Therefore, installing the User Agent in one PC, sending/receiving data will loop back.
