• Site Bureau has two main functions; registration and collation.
  Registration function is for the purpose of registering privacy statement of the Web site to the Site Bureau, and can be used from P3P Authoring tool.
  Collation function allows a user to judge whether the privacy statement is correct or not from the Informed Consent view that is displayed during the P3P negotiation.
  When the collation function returns error, it will display like this.
  It is necessary to verify that the Web Site is dealing with personal data according to the privacy statement registered in
  the Site Bureau. The verification might be done by the organization which manages the Site Bureau.
  In Japan, the Site Bureau is setup and maintained at New Media Development Association experimentally. The url is http://p3psb.p3p.enc.or.jp/. In the future, this function will be supported by the tie-up between New Media Development Association and JIPDEC which handles Privacy Mark.
