• Centralized management is based on the functional distribution. At school or company, for instance, by building Preference Bureau and User Agent as Proxy server, all Web browsers using the proxy server can utilize the functions of P3P.
  A user is always under an administrator. The administrator can specify access management such as whether to allow the user to alter the personal data of himself.
  Also, if An administrator wants to make some users to use only this proxy, he/she can prohibit users from modifying browser's Proxy setting by setting Redirector to each Web browser machine.
  In case of setting that several users can use, when User Agent receives P3P proposal from Web site, it will display the screen for log-in to P3P system before displaying the informed consent on the Web browser screen.
