  If you use Configuration Tool of the Privacy Information Management System, personal data of all users under an administrator registered in the Preference Bureau can be converted all together to CSV format file which can be dealt with spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.
  The administrator can reorganize all personal data using any spreadsheet programs and register them to Preference Bureau using Configuration Tool.
  For another example, a company which has installed the Privacy Information Management System created a CSV format file from their groupware that manages personal data, and register them all together to Preference Bureau, which saves a lot of time registering one by one.
